During the four session course, parents will learn how to massage their babies, and they’ll also get important information about the massage process. This includes information like the best time to massage your baby, how to position them, which oil to use, creating a suitable environment, and the importance of getting your baby’s permission before massaging. You’ll also learn about your baby’s behaviours, reflexes, cues, and the specific routine for relieving colic, gas, or constipation.
